A Change of Place Synopsis:
When twins switch places in the fashion world of Paris, Philippe de Claremont, (Actor/singer Rick Springfield, TV’s “General Hospital”) of the House of Duroche realizes his designs are being stolen and blames Dominique, who is impersonating her sister Kimberly (Andrea Roth, TV’s “Rescue Me,” War). Kimberly falls for Philippe and must ultimately risk exposing her sister.
The Waiting Game Synopsis:
Amy (Recording artist and “American Idol” judge Paula Abdul) and Sarah (Chandra West, I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry, HBO’s “John from Cincinnati”), best friends since college, mount their first art show in a small New England town while searching for the “perfect” man. When two men enter the scene a mystery involving drugs, the CIA and Sarah’s beloved uncle unfolds, while Amy and Sarah find themselves falling in love.
Diamond Girl Synopsis:
Playboy lawyer Denny pays no attention to Claire, his dowdy paralegal, until his brother comes to town and transforms her into a ravishing beauty. No longer a diamond in the rough, Claire finds that not one, but both brothers are vying for her attentions. Dyan Cannon (Heaven Can Wait, Bob & Carol & Ted & Alice) plays Abby, Denny’s jealous girlfriend.

Any given month I go through 4-6+ 300pg plus historical romances (”smutt” books as my husband and many friends call them), and a half dozen Harlequins as betweeners, or the brain candy books you read between your usual fare.
My husband is anti-tv and I am very much pro-tv, so “we” compromised and decided to to invest what would have been spent on a cable bill on other needed and…not so needed services and items.
Thankfully modern convinces such as the internet, video store, and regular free channels compensate for traditional cable TV time.

I would so love to win this for my mother - she absolutely loves Harlequin romances in book and movie form. In fact, I decorated part of a gift tree for her at Christmas with that month’s book and it probably was the best part of her morning.
