This riveting, action-packed season opens with staff members of County General Hospital confined to the ER and under lockdown for two weeks. Dr. Carter’s (Noah Wyle) playful love affair becomes a pending crisis while Dr. Kovac’s (Goran Visnjic) wild partying affects his performance around the office.
